- The property address, or at least the city
- Whether it is a single-family home or a duplex
- Whether it is currently tenanted, vacant, or not yet a rental
- What you are hoping to hand over — everything, or just part of it
Availability
No office hours, on purpose.
Rental problems do not arrive between nine and five, so Better Home Manager does not pretend to operate that way. Calls and email are answered as things come up — evenings and weekends included when something genuinely needs attention.
If a call is missed, it gets returned. For anything threatening life or safety, call 911 first.

All of it — including Overland Park, Olathe, Lenexa, Shawnee, Leawood, Prairie Village and the rest of the county.
Properties outside Johnson County are not taken on.
